Construction completed on 700 MW battery storage facility in California

Construction has been completed on the Desert Peak Energy Center, a 700MW storage facility in Palm Springs, CA. The project is a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of NextEra Energy Resources and is being hailed as the world’s largest battery storage facility.
